Our Old English Elite Staunton chess pieces are simply one of the finest classical designs. Each piece blends in harmoniously with its peers. This set of pieces would look exquisite in a room with traditional Georgian architecture. The balance, design and uniformity of the respective pieces make the set a real conversation piece – for a rather long and interesting conversation!
The chess pieces are carved, polished and finished in a top grade of Ebony and Boxwood with a clean fine grain. It is the hand polishing of these pieces that provides a much superior finish to that of lacquered pieces. As Ebony continues to appreciate due to restricted supply, this is a set of pieces that can only become more valuable with the passage of time. These pieces are unique to The Regency Chess Collection of luxury chess pieces. Perfect with a 20 inch board.
This Luxury Set Includes 4 Queens
