The Corinthian Series Rosewood and Boxwood chess pieces are the latest addition to the Regency Chess Collection of Luxury Chess Pieces. The pieces are carved, turned, finished and polished in a beautiful, rich tone of select Rosewood. This particular variation of the classic Staunton design exhibits elements of southern Mediterranean and North African architecture. In this relatively large set the bridled knight with its distinctive mane suggests a fiery and aggressive character.  

Every piece is checked for quality at each stage of its creation. Like all Regency Chess Company luxury sets there is no compromise in the maintenance of our standards of quality and finish. The uniformity of the carved chess pieces and the wood tones is remarkable. These fine chess pieces complement either of our 21.6 or 23.6 inch board sizes.
