The 2.5 inch Down Head chess pieces are the smallest in the Down Head series. This simple design is crafted from Boxwood and Sheesham to make a nice little wooden set of chess pieces. The pieces are all manufactured from one piece of wood, weighted, and with a felt base. The natural finish will age nicely as time passes. The pieces go well with a 15-16 inch board.
The Down Head series is also available in a larger size with a King height of 3 inches.
