Our large solid wood Chess Piece case is crafted from solid Sheesham - aka Golden Rosewood. This case is suitable for pieces up to 4.5 inches in height. Sheesham is a sturdy hardwood that has a distinctive grain and is rich with yellow and red colour tones. Upon opening up the hinged lid you will find the green flocked compartment. This robust hand polished solid wood box is absolutely perfect for keeping your treasured chess pieces.
Please note that when the chess pieces are placed in the box it is normal and intentional for them to lay down on top of each other. They are NOT intended to stand up inside the box.

Weight: 1.3kg

Materials: Sheesham, Felt

Please note: due to wood being a natural and therefore inconsistent material, weights are approximate and won't be exact and this may also result in both burl and color variations.

We strive to ship all orders by the following day at the latest.
