Crafted from solid Boxwood and Ebonized Boxwood, the attention to detail in these fine Competition Staunton Chess pieces is remarkable. Distinctive, aggressive features with a well defined mane and flared nostrils define the Knights in this set. Beautifully weighted and balanced, the pieces are presented in a hand made solid Sheesham case which is lined with green flock. The case, which is polished with natural waxes, is a work of art on its own!

These chess pieces are classic Staunton and represent outstanding value considering the level of finish.
