These pieces have been crafted from graded Rosewood and Boxwood by one of the world's finest chess piece manufacturers. Unlike lesser copies of this design, these are fine examples of the original article. Each piece is double weighted, polished to perfection and with a felted base.
The knights have a slightly somber expression, neat little ears and a fine set of teeth. The overall design of this chess set echoes the classic Staunton lines without making attempts to create anything too unique or striking.
