THE PIECES
Depicting typical Ancient Egyptian characters and artefacts, the sides are divided between ornately painted on gold or black and gold. As one of the most interesting sets by Italfama, the Ancient Egyptian Set gives you the ‘wow’ factor as soon as you open the box.

As to be expected, the Kings are easy to recognize. Royal figures often wore elaborate headdresses, the colour and size of which was defined by the significance or event. The blue and gold headdress, that we tend to associate with a pharaoh, is called a Nemes. The pharaoh is also recognized by his crossed arms, holding a crook in one hand and a flail in the other. Also easily recognised by her headdress, is the beautiful Queen who sits with a very royal 'palms on knees' pose.
