Maghreb Brass and Walnut Traditional Chess Set

This beautifully constructed Walnut and Maple veneer chess cabinet has a lift off lid for piece storage underneath the board. This chess cabinet is manufactured in Italy to exacting standards of quality and design. It is finished in a rich satin lacquer. The cabinet mixes the contemporary with the traditional to create a stunning chess showpiece that will provide years of enjoyment. The moulded edges of the cabinet are finished in a dark brown with gray flocking underneath to protect table surfaces.

The set is completed with our ornate Brass chess pieces from the Maghreb Series. The Brass, and Nickel plated Brass, is finished by hand. The beautifully figured chess pieces are heavy,tall, distinctive and offer a real alternative to standard wood pieces.
